The Department of Finance at the Chinese University of Hong Kong is looking for two full-time research assistants. The research assistant is required to work in Hong Kong and is under the supervision of Professors Darwin Choi, Zhenyu Gao, and Wenxi Jiang.

We started this research assistant program in 2016. Students who are interested in academic research and planning to apply PhD program in finance or economics are welcome to apply. The program provides opportunities for students to build up research experience and connect with oversea scholars.

Position:

Research Assistant and Junior Research Assistant

Requirement:

Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or other related subjects (a master degree is preferred, but not required). Staying and working in Hong Kong is required.

Compensation:

15,000 ~ 20,000 HKD per month (based on performance), plus standard benefit package of CUHK employees (e.g., medical benefit, annual leaves, etc.). The employment term is normally 6 to 24 months.
