The Asian Banker is the foremost authority in interpreting, analyzing and providing business insights in the field of retail banking, IT & technology, risk management, transaction banking and data & analytics to the financial services industry. The Company's core services include research, publications, trainings and organizing forums for decision-makers in the industry. In line with our expansion into new market segments and region, we are looking for high-caliber individuals or first class students to support our analysts for a period of 1 to 3 months.Full Time Internship in Financial Research(Beijing)Responsibilities:  •        Supporting research and editorial staff in their daily work •        Collecting information and data from internal and external sources•        Analysing data based on innovative and traditional research techniques•        Conceptualising findings for reports and presentations•        Preparing articles or research notes•        Engaging bankers on the phone and face to face to arrange and conduct interviews •        Transcribing interviews, speeches and training sessions•        Potential of ability to write research interview notes from all resources to public at proof-reading standardsRequirements:  •        Completion/pursuit of a bachelor's degree, preferably one in finance or banking .•        Strong academic results •        Ability to work independently under the guidance of our analysts•        Strong command of English (oral/written) is mandatory •        Time to work at least 5 full days every week, for at least two months, ideally three months
