JD: Product Operation Intern - Ticketing System

Responsibilities

    1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and conduct user research to better understand them and their requirements;

    2. Collaborate with products for feature development and influence product roadmap through data-driven consumer insights;

    3. Develop the roadmap and operationalize key tools supporting sales & operations;

    4. Build & maintain the knowledge base including self-help module for external clients.

Qualifications

    1. Actively enrolled university student who can commit 6 months for this internship;

    2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with making presentations;

    3. Ads/marketing knowledge from technology companies is preferred;

    4. Strong operations skills with the ability to define process improvements;

    5. Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders;

    6. Excellent relationship building, collaboration, negotiation and influence skills.
